We are seeking a friendly and energetic Crew Member to join our agile team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. The Crew Member will be an essential part of creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring efficient operations in our quick service restaurant setting.

Duties
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards, including food handling and sanitation protocols.
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and sales transactions.
Assist customers with menu selections, provide excellent customer service, and handle inquiries professionally.
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Uphold cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining sanitation standards throughout the shift.
Support team members with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring quick service during busy periods.
Up sell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Follow all safety procedures related to food safety, sanitation,



and kitchen operations to ensure a safe setting for staff and guests.

Skills
Prior experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create a positive guest experience.
Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
Experience working in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Team-oriented attitude with the flexibility to support various roles within the restaurant
