Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels
Demonstrate proper dance techniques, safety procedures, and choreography to students
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence
Foster a supportive, energetic classroom environment that encourages creativity and teamwork
Prepare students for performances, showcases, or competitions when applicable
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized studio setting at all times
Communicate effectively with students, parents,



and team members regarding progress and class updates

Skills
Proven experience in teaching or tutoring dance to diverse age groups
Solid communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and motivate students
Excellent classroom management abilities to create an inclusive and disciplined atmosphere
Knowledge of various dance styles such as ballet, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary or tap (nice-to-have)
Ability to adapt lessons based on individual student needs and learning styles
Passion for inspiring others through movement and artistic expression
Prior classroom experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and dedication are essential
