Responsibilities
Perform skilled grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and brushing tailored to each dog’s breed, size, and coat condition
Ensure the safety and comfort of dogs throughout the grooming process by handling them gently and securely
Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming station, adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming preferences, special needs, and aftercare instructions
Assist with managing appointments, scheduling,



and customer service to provide a seamless experience for clients
Lift and maneuver dogs of various sizes safely, utilizing proper techniques for heavy lifting when necessary
Keep detailed records of grooming services provided and any special instructions or notes from pet owners

Experience
Previous 2 years qualified experience in dog grooming is required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members
Ability to handle dogs of all temperaments with patience, kindness, and professionalism
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform heavy lifting tasks safely
Knowledge of different breeds’ grooming standards is preferred
