Duties
Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper pressure; recommend replacements or repairs as needed
Lift heavy tires safely during installation or replacement to prevent injury and ensure quality work
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements




Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is preferred but not required.
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment is an asset
Experience working in a shop setting is a benefit
Display customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while maintaining proper safety procedures
Basic understanding of automotive systems and repairs related to tires and wheels
Valid driver’s license; willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive industry is not required but would be beneficial

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
