Vista Geomatics Ltd is a mid-sized, multi-disciplined and well-established land survey company, based in Calgary, AB.

Currently we are looking for suitable candidates for the following:

Real Property Report (RPR) Coordinator – Municipal Division

Key duties (including but not limited to):
Setup of job files
Conduct searches using Spin II
Data entry and maintenance of data integrity
Regular interaction with builders, field crews, management, customers, local municipalities, and accounting
Tracking and invoicing of Real Property Reports
Filing, scanning, copying, and faxing of documents, when required
Cross train and provide backup when necessary for the Construction Coordinator




Daily reception backup for lunch breaks and/or vacation coverage
Other duties as assigned by the manager(s)

The successful candidate will have / be:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, responsible, accurate, self-motivated, and a mature individual with problem solving skills
Able to work well with limited supervision but still as part of a team in a busy role
Exceptional customer service skills
Preference given to those with knowledge of BuildPro / SupplyPro and Spin II
Some knowledge of the land survey industry would be a definite asset
