Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist with the operation of slot machines, ensuring they are functioning correctly and efficiently
Monitor gaming areas to uphold safety standards and prevent theft or misconduct
Handle cash transactions accurately, including payouts, jackpots, and change requests
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive guest experience
Supervise and support junior team members, offering guidance and leadership to maintain high service standards




Conduct routine inspections of slot machines and gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain detailed records of transactions, payouts, and machine performance for reporting purposes

Experience
Supervising experience or demonstrated leadership in customer service roles preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, payouts, and balancing registers
Prior experience in guest services or casino operations is a plus but not required
Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting
A proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
