Job Title: Banquet Supervisor

The Banquet Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills and possess a positive attitude. Previous experience with a supervisor role is an asset.

In this key role, you will be responsible for:
Supervising banquet staff and bartenders, assigning duties, and ensuring all staff adhere to company standards and procedures.
Expediting banquet food service - acting as a liaison between the kitchen and banquet servers, communicating order status, ensuring orders are being prepared correctly and notifying the kitchen of any issues.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
Other duties as assigned by the Hospitality Manager

Qualifications:
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively




Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Work effectively under pressure, robust problem-solving skills and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Must have SMART SERVE Certification
Must have Food Handlers Certification
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
