The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces and components, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.

Duties
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
Apply paint, stains, varnishes, or other finishes using hand tools and spray equipment
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Use basic math skills to measure and mix paints or coatings accurately
Support lean manufacturing practices to optimize workflow and reduce waste
Collaborate with team members on projects involving welding, mechanical assembly, or other related tasks
Requirements
Legally able to work in Canada
Own transportation
Minimum 1 year painting experience
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Valuable attitude
