Job description

We are a mid-size personal injury law office located in Etobicoke. We are looking for a Personal Injury Lawyer with experience in personal injury matters, Accident Perks and Tort.

Base salary, commission and bonus pay structure.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience.

Must have experience in conducting numerous case conferences, motions, discoveries, mediations and hearings.

Responsibilities:
Handling work proactively on files from intake to resolution
Completing forms and preparing summaries, applications and settlement proposals
Preparing pleadings, motions records, mediation memos, pre-trial memo, etc.
Negotiate settlements
Knowledge of LAT process
Effectively track denials, deadlines and timelines

Requirements:
3 years of personal injury experience (Must)
Lawyer (L1 license)




Knowledge of SABS and Rules of Civil Procedure
Experience handling files from beginning to end
Experience in settling claims
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail

Arabic speaking an asset but not a requirement.
