Role Overview
EWYN Studios is looking for an energetic, motivating, and results-driven Weight Loss Health Coach to work one-on-one with clients. In this role, you will guide clients through their weight loss journey, keep them accountable and inspired, and help grow our brand presence both online and within the local community. You'll also play a key role in company growth by enrolling recent clients and supporting product sales that complement clients' weight loss goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to each client's weight loss goals and needs
Motivate and inspire clients to stay consistent and committed to their program
Track client progress and adjust coaching plans to keep clients moving toward their goals
Recommend and support client use of products that aid their weight loss journey
Enroll new clients to support studio growth and revenue targets
Create and contribute to social media content to build brand awareness in the Sarnia community
Represent EWYN Studios at community events, promotions, or local partnerships as needed
Complete administrative tasks related to client records, scheduling, and progress documentation
What We're Looking For
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
Robust interpersonal and motivational communication skills
Comfort with sales or client enrollment conversations
Basic social media content creation skills (photos, stories, short videos)
Organized, dependable, and comfortable with administrative tasks
Experience in personal training, nutrition coaching, or a related health field preferred (certification a plus)
