Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of Light Effects. This role requires reliability, working outdoors, willingness to learn, comfort with climbing ladders as high as 30ft. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role with the growth of Light Effects and the possibility of growth within the company.
Duties
Climbing ladders (working at heights certification considered asset)
Running low voltage cables
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for specific tasks.
Follow instructions from the owner of Light Effects and collaborate with team members as needed
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain workplace safety.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 pounds)
and perform physically demanding tasks.
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and settings.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
