Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with experience in the food industry. Prior restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued.

Duties
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards
Assist with food preparation and presentation when necessary
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to ensure a positive dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, stations, and service areas
Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service




Upsell menu items when appropriate to enhance guest satisfaction

Skills
Proven experience in restaurant or food service settings, including serving or barista roles
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Knowledge of food industry standards, including food handling, safety, and hygiene practices
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
Ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
Hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and adaptability in a rapid-paced setting
Basic food preparation skills are a plus, along with familiarity with food safety protocols
