Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs in a lively, professional manner
Operate various car wash equipment safely and efficiently to deliver high-quality cleaning results
Perform detailed cleaning tasks including washing, drying, vacuuming, window cleaning, and tire shining
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are organized and sanitized
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction




Monitor the operation of car wash machinery to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly
Follow safety protocols at all times to create a secure setting for team members and customers

Qualifications
Prior experience in cleaning or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and work in various weather conditions
Robust attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
A proactive attitude with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality are key to success in this role
