Position Requirements & Skill Set

Applicants should possess the following:
Valid Smart Serve certification
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, including fish, sake, and hot dishes
Familiarity with Uber Eats and SkipTheDishes platforms
Ability to greet and seat guests professionally
Assist guests with menu selections




Solid teamwork skills, sense of urgency, and responsible attitude
Ability to stand for the duration of shifts
Ability to answer phone calls and take customer orders
Willingness to learn and effectively use our in-house POS system
Ability to pack take-out and delivery orders accurately
Solid multitasking skills
Korean language skills are an asset but not mandatory
Must be available to work all holidays (no exceptions)
