Bolan Pass, Cuisine of Balochistan is hiring experienced kitchen and front of the house staff.

Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Provide friendly, attentive service to customers, taking orders and answering questions about menu items
Support food handling procedures to ensure proper storage, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and food delivery

Qualifications




Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is key!
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
Willingness to learn current skills related to food preparation, serving, and kitchen operations

Pay: $17.60-$23.19 per hour
