We are a fast-growing property management company. We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly responsible and communicative property manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily inspections, routine maintenance and emergency repairs for managed residential properties.
Quickly diagnose common household issues (e.g., plumbing, electrical, doors/windows, basic appliances, drywall/painting) and coordinate efficiently with technicians and contractors.
Maintain professional and positive communication with tenants and owners, coordinate repair schedules, and provide timely progress updates.
Assist in managing general property operations and demonstrate a solid ability to learn and adapt to diverse property maintenance needs.
Prepare,
organize and archive legal documents related to real estate sales and residential leasing; assist in tracking daily paperwork for purchase and sale agreements to ensure compliance and complete documentation.
Job Requirements
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin to ensure seamless daily communication with clients
Experience & Background: Proven experience in property maintenance, handywork or construction-related repairs.
Core Competencies: Robust sense of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, a robust work ethic, and a fast learner.
Transportation: Must possess a valid Ontario driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle, with the ability to drive efficiently between various property locations.
Availability: Energetic candidates with the physical capability ot handle active fieldwork.
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
