F45 North York is seeking a passionate and dedicated Group Fitness Trainer to join our team. As a Group Fitness Trainer, you will lead high-energy, energetic workouts and inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities:
Lead group fitness classes using the F45 methodology and training techniques
Provide personalized attention and coaching to members during classes
Ensure the safety of all members during workouts
Build relationships with members and create a supportive community workplace
Continuously educate yourself on fitness industry trends and current training techniques
Promote F45 North York through social media and other marketing channels
Participate in team meetings and trainings as required

Requirements:
Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training
Experience leading high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals




Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to use them to promote F45 North York
Experience with the F45 training method is an asset

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:
personal training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
