Igloo Building Supplies Group LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipper/Receiver to support its warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and maintaining operational excellence within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will utilize NetSuite ERP to ensure data accuracy and support supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments against purchase orders
Record and maintain accurate inventory transactions within NetSuite ERP
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in accordance with company standards
Generate and manage shipping documentation, including packing slips, labels, and bills of lading
Load and unload freight using material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory within the warehouse
Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams and external carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
Adhere to all company health, safety, and operational policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar enterprise systems preferred
Forklift certification considered an asset
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Effective communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Preferred Attributes
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
