Overview
Santec Canada is looking to add a Calibration Tech to the team. The purpose of this position is to ensure that troubleshooting, repairs, and calibrations are performed according to quality standards.
Starting Salary: $55k - $60k

Responsibilities
Perform calibration services for Santec meters and meters from other manufacturers. This includes visual and incoming inspections, repairs and documentation of work performed.
Inspect new and incoming units to ensure quality prior to shipping.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements
College Diploma in photonics, optics, or a related field with coursework in instrumentation
Technical knowledge of fiberoptics, operating systems, electronic hardware and diagnostics will be considered an asset.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to prioritize and problem solve
