The hourly rate listed reflects the post-probationary pay. All new hires begin with a 90-day probationary period. Upon completion, a performance review is conducted, and team members who meet performance standards transition to the regular hourly rate based on skill, contribution, and overall performance.

Average hourly earnings (including tips): $55–$70 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of esthetic services, including customized facials

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by creating a comfortable, welcoming, and qualified environment

Build strong, one-on-one relationships with clients through personalized care and education

Qualifications & Skills:





Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in esthetic services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Microdermabrasion, HydraFacial, and Dermaplaning highly preferred

Microneedling and Chemical Peels are a major plus

Active esthetician license required

Full availability on Sundays
