Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
Handle cash transactions, giving correct change and balancing registers at the end of each shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring food safety standards are met
Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide outstanding service
Support food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light food items as needed




Follow food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all customer interactions

Requirements
Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred; familiarity with serving and food preparation is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and register reconciliation
Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy workplace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
