The Lobby Ambassador / Front Desk Agent is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high-profile department carries a special responsibility.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Lobby Ambassadors have the following duties and responsibilities:
Greet visitors upon arrival and provide direction or information as needed.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Assist with checking in guests or clients and directing them to their meeting.
Maintain a clean and welcoming setting in the lobby area.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual,
Handle the reception of mail and courier packages and distribute them accordingly
Answer inquiries about the company, its services, and facilities
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management scenarios
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed





Front Desk Agents have the following duties and responsibilities:

· Proficient in English language.

· Welcome guests and check them into their rooms

· Competent use of computers and databases. Microsoft is a must.

· Answer questions about the hotel, its amenities, services and local area

· Resolve guest complaints or problems if they arise

· Communicate with other staff members to ensure guest needs are met

· Handle guests' payments and maintain accurate records

· Ensure that the lobby and reception area are kept clean and tidy

· Assist guests with luggage and other needs as required

· Provide recommendations on local restaurants, attractions and activities

· Be available to answer questions or respond to requests at all times.

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Must be available all shifts, including weekends and holidays, as we are a 24h operation.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
