Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and Experienced Travel Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings in communities Across Northern Canada. As a Travel Nurse, you will have the prospect to work in diverse environments and gain valuable experience while traveling to different locations.

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicate changes to the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Skills:
Experience in acute care settings .

-Minimum 1 year of Canadian Experience in ER/ICU




Proven Ability's to work with Expanded Scope of practice
Proficiency in electronic medical record systems like Cerner or Epic.
Competence in medication administration and dosage calculations.
