This is a daytime position, the shift is 1pm-9pm.

Duties
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their needs throughout their visit
Provide expert customer service by answering questions about products, services, and facility amenities
Handle cash transactions accurately during sales of merchandise or food items
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area, including displays and inventory
Assist with guest services such as equipment rentals, reservations, or event registrations




Promote a friendly atmosphere by engaging with guests through public speaking or casual conversations to enhance their experience

Skills
Excellent customer service skills to ensure guests feel valued and attended to at all times
Previous guest services experience in hospitality or retail settings is highly advantageous
Cash handling proficiency to manage transactions efficiently and accurately
A positive attitude combined with the ability to work well under pressure in a lively workplace

Pay: $18.00 per hour
