Penticton Toyota is looking for a driven, customer-focused Internet Sales Manager to lead online sales inquiries, digital customer engagement, and appointment generation for our dealership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment, understands up-to-date digital lead management, and can turn online interest into showroom traffic and vehicle sales.

You’ll play a key role in managing internet leads, improving response times, supporting the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first click to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming internet and phone leads promptly and professionally
Build relationships with customers through email, text, phone, and digital platforms
Schedule showroom appointments and coordinate customer follow-up
Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system
Monitor lead sources and help improve digital sales performance
Support online vehicle merchandising, pricing updates, and digital campaigns
Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers to generate repeat business




Assist with social media engagement and reputation management initiatives
Ensure all communications reflect the dealership’s commitment to exceptional service

Qualifications
Previous automotive sales or internet sales experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with CRM systems, email platforms, and digital communication tools
Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Experience with dealership software and lead management platforms is considered an asset
