Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As an Esthetician, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests, promoting skincare products, and delivering various beauty treatments.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, makeup application, and eyelash extensions.
Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
Upsell products and services based on client preferences and skin type.
Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on the perks of skincare products.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent guest services and customer service skills.




Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Skills
Effective communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
Proficiency in body waxing techniques and makeup application.
Experience in sales, particularly in upselling beauty products or services.
Ability to provide exceptional guest services that enhance client satisfaction.
Knowledge of eyelash extension application techniques is a plus.
A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing career development.
