To create an amazing store dynamic and culture for our amazing teams
Have a outstanding grasp on inventory management and order fulfillment
Execute company directives and initiatives to ensure they are completed with success
Compliance is key, so attention to detail with regulatory bodies is very key to us
Work with the company's leadership to ensure merchandising and promotions are planned and followed through
Effectively communicate to your direct manager




Can lead by setting a great example for the team
Coach your team effectively by building on their strengths and helping them succeed

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist all customers that visit the store
Professionally and politely handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns
Educate customers about our products
Process payments with POS and computer systems
Open and close the store accurately and on time
Staying up to date on offers and specials
Responding to member inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy
Maintaining sales goals on a daily and weekly basis
Closing and completing all end-of-day reports and procedures
Complete inventory counts as directed by your manager
Ensure the store is clean and tidy

Job Requirements
High School diploma or GED equivalent
CannSell Certification considered an asset
Complete a successful background check prior to joining our team
Proficient with MS Office products
Previous use of scheduling software
Knowledgeable about Inventory Management procedures
Flexibility with schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous key holder experience is an asset
