Responsibilities

Must have prior experience with managing all aspects of a childcare centre. Must have skills and ability to lead a large team of educators and provide confidence to both parents and licensing. This is a senior position with significant responsibilities and requires someone with both the skills and positive energy to be successfu.
Create a secure and engaging learning workplace for children.
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
Monitor and support children's development in various areas.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare space.
Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the educational experience.
Provide first aid as needed and ensure children's safety at all times.
Foster positive relationships with children to encourage their social skills.
Qualifications
Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education.
Strong understanding of child development principles.
First aid certification is highly desirable.
Ability to create engaging lesson plans tailored to children's needs.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children and parents.
Patience, empathy,



and a genuine love for working with young children.
Experience in behavior management techniques is a plus.
