Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere
Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash, credit, and mobile payments while handling cash transactions responsibly
Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage merchandise displays, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing
Provide transparent information about products, promotions, and store policies using excellent communication skills
Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally, aiming for quick resolution and satisfaction




Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, including balancing registers at shift end

Skills
Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to serve diverse customer needs effectively
Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments preferred
Strong communication skills with a friendly phone etiquette for remote assistance or follow-up calls
Basic math proficiency for cash handling, pricing, and transaction calculations
Knowledge of merchandising techniques to optimize product presentation
Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers in upselling opportunities
Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
