Responsibilities
Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine the scope of repairs needed
Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to remove dents, replace panels, and realign vehicle structures
Perform automotive repairs including sanding, filling, priming, and painting to restore vehicle surfaces
Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols during all repair processes
Maintain detailed records of work performed and communicate progress with team members and customers
Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed within established timeframes




Assist with vehicle disassembly and reassembly as required for complex repairs

Skills
Proven dealership or automotive repair experience demonstrating technical proficiency
Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and body structures
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining safety standards
Knowledge of automotive repair procedures including dent removal, panel replacement, and refinishing techniques
Mechanic experience is highly valued for understanding underlying vehicle components
Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
