CDK or PBS experience is a major asset

Essential Job Duties:




Listen to the technician’s or customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information about their vehicle’s mechanical issues and parts requirements
Fill parts orders from Service quotes, research parts and part numbers, place orders for aftermarket parts
Bills parts to Service RO’s
Maintain and organize Parts bins, ability to receive parts
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Understanding of vehicle mechanical structure
Inventory and bin counts
Invoice retail parts for external customers
Provide accurate and timely estimates
Cashiering functions when necessary
Communicate with the Service Team to identify prospects and resolve issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
