Group NB, a leading staffing and recruitment agency in the Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain industries. . We are searching for hard working individuals to work as a Order Picker in a busy warehouse in Ingersoll, ON

Conditions:
Pay: $22.50 / hour ($0.50/hour afternoon shift premium, $1.00/hour midnight shift premium)
Schedule: 4PM – 2:30AM (afternoon: Mon, Wed-Fri), 6PM – 6AM (midnight: Sun, Tues, Sat)
Training: Mon, Weds, Fri: 6AM – 4:30PM, Sun, Tues, Sat: 6AM – 6:PM

Key Responsibilities
Pick and prepare customer orders according to load maps.
Load/unload trailers and restock inventory as needed.
Follow FIFO, HACCP, GMP, SQF, and Health & Safety procedures.
Safely operate material handling equipment (MHE).
Perform inventory counts and product checks.
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.




Meet productivity requirements of approximately 1,000–1,200 cases per shift.
Work effectively as part of a team and maintain a qualified attitude.

Qualifications:
Ability to read and write English.
Ability to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly.
Able to work in a cold workplace of approximately 32–36°F (0–2°C).
Steel-toed boots are required.
Bring warm layers suitable for working in a cold warehouse.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
