Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor for Quick Service Restaurant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be freindly and sincere. you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our customer service. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, robust problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory role and possess the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

MUST BE AVAILABLE THURS-SUNDAY . THERE ARE OTHER SHIFTS BUT THESE DAYS ARE ALSO MANDATORY

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives
Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure high-quality customer service
Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

-Help in kitchen with prep, vegetable prep, washing dishes, cleaning

-Cross training with cooking will be trained.

-Cash Handling

Qualifications:
Food Safe LEvel 1 certificate




Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Proficient in math calculations for handling financial transactions
Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
Multilingual skills are a plus, especially if fluent in languages
Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
Familiarity with market trends and customer service best practices
Experience in recruiting, training, and developing customer service representatives

Pay: $17.25-$18.00 per hour
