Responsibilities
Assist senior technicians with vehicle repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools
Perform routine vehicle inspections and identify mechanical issues based on schematics and technical manuals
Use welding equipment and techniques to support repairs when necessary
Handle heavy lifting and assist with the assembly and disassembly of vehicle components
Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used,



and diagnostic findings
Support the team with general shop upkeep, including cleaning, organizing tools, and preparing work areas

Skills
Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly desirable
Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of automotive systems and schematics
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment effectively
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or maintenance tasks
Knowledge of vehicle assembly processes and routine maintenance procedures
Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients when needed
Familiarity with automotive repair standards, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques
