Duties:
Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students in reading/writing and math
Assist students in understanding and completing homework assignments
Enhance students' understanding of the subject matter
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and teachers regarding student progress and areas of improvement
-French knowledge is an asset
Skills:
Experience working with children in an educational setting
Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject area being tutored
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
Ability to establish rapport with students and create a positive learning environment
Organizational skills to track student progress and maintain accurate records
