We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Responsibilities
Assist with general construction tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials on-site
Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision, such as drills, saws, and hand tools
Support skilled tradespeople by preparing work areas and handing off materials as needed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work workplace for all team members
Perform site cleanup duties to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace
Carry out minor repairs or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors




Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements
Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn recent skills
Basic understanding of construction sites, tools, and safety procedures is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team setting
Excellent communication skills and reliability in attendance
Valid driver’s license is a plus for transportation purposes
Prior experience in construction or manual labour roles is advantageous but not required
