STC Warehousing and Distribution is a company with more than 30-years history of successful business in transportation and warehousing. The company is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual who has a minimum of 1 years experience within the transportation environment.

Compensation will be determined based on skills and experience.

Day-time position

Job duties:
Accurately enter and update data related to customers’ orders
Track and trace orders and relay any necessary information to the customers
Assist with processing and organizing incoming and outgoing paperwork
Manage and respond to email correspondence promptly and professionally, ensuring explicit and effective communication
Provide general office support as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:
1+ years prior progressive logistics experience is required.
LTL background an asset
Familiarity with LoadLink, PC Miler an asset.
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to thrive and multi task in a rapid paced workplace




Proficient in Windows Outlook, Microsoft excel, and a transportation management system
Proven experience handling multiple priorities
Customer-oriented
Strong communication skills and phone/email etiquette
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime if the demand arises
