DAY IN THE LIFE:

Support quarterly and annual external financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.

Oversee SOX 404 compliance, including control design, testing,



and remediation with process owners.

Strengthen internal controls and processes to ensure financial reporting integrity and management certification.

Partner with IT and business leaders to execute internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).

Lead complex accounting analyses, IFRS implementations, and legal entity reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

CPA designation with 3–5 years of public accounting experience, including consolidations and IFRS expertise

Solid knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls (COSO), and risk management practices

Experienced in public company reporting, securities filings, and familiar with SAP/BPC systems

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively under tight deadlines

Support audits, conduct accounting research, and contribute to accurate quarter- and year-end reporting
