Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Counter Attendant to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their food orders at the front counter
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, to process transactions accurately and efficiently
Prepare simple food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Handle cash, credit card payments, and give accurate change while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front counter area, including food handling stations and equipment
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without sacrificing quality or safety

Qualifications
Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures in a food industry setting
Ability to multitask efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Kitchen or food handling experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour
