Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, customer satisfaction, and working in a quick-paced workplace. The position offers opportunities to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and hospitality, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time management, strong customer service skills, and a keen eye for sanitation and food safety standards.

Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
Take orders accurately, upsell menu items when appropriate, and handle cashier responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Assist in food plating, packaging, and delivery of orders to ensure timely service
Restock supplies as needed and assist with kitchen organization




Uphold sanitation standards by adhering to proper cleaning protocols and safety procedures

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Experience with cashiering, food handling, and basic math skills will enhance performance in this role
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures is desirable
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Prior experience in the food industry or serving roles will be advantageous but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued
