What we are after!

Ideally you will be
Energetic and have a love for executing quality food.
Take pride in plating and presentation.
Comfortable interacting with team members in an informative and knowledgeable fashion.
Willing to grow and develop in your career.
Self-motivated that results in a outstanding work ethic which others may admire.

Technically we would love you to be
Confident preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a kitchen and preferably a high volume kitchen.




Skilled in food preparation with a firm understanding of food handling requirements and workplace safety procedures.
Able to understand prep lists and recipes for a variety of different dishes in the specialty field.
Clean, organized and appreciate efficiency.
Able to commit to evenings and weekends.
Able lift up to 75lbs and stand for long periods of time.
Confident in working as a team and communicating with all members of staff.

Other requirements are
FoodSafe certification preferred, but not required.
Access to transportation for later shifts.
