Duties
Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items with attention to quality and presentation
Assist in food handling and storage to maintain freshness and safety standards
Follow proper food safety protocols and hygiene practices at all times
Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours
Participate in meal preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and cooking as needed

Requirements




Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
Ability to serve guests with friendliness and professionalism
Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques
Strong attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards
Willingness to learn new skills related to meal preparation and kitchen operations
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced setting while maintaining high standards
Knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine
Speaking Korean is an asset
Studying in hospitality/ culinary is an asset
