Responsibilities
Supervise dogs during play sessions, ensuring protected interactions and positive behavior
Monitor dog activities to prevent injuries or conflicts, intervening promptly when needed
Assist with feeding, watering, and cleaning up after the dogs throughout the day
Provide friendly and professional customer service to pet owners, answering questions and updating them on their pets’ activities
Maintain a clean and organized environment by cleaning play areas, kennels, and common spaces regularly




Assist with light administrative tasks such as logging dog check-ins and check-outs
Handle heavy lifting when necessary for moving supplies or equipment to support daily operations

Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service or working with animals is preferred but not required; a passion for animals is essential
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and comfortably as part of daily duties
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members
Energetic, positive attitude with a genuine love for dogs and their well-being
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and squat for extended periods during busy hours
Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in a fast-paced workplace
