We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in framing structures and a strong understanding of building processes. This role requires proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as the ability to work with various tools and materials. The Framer/Carpenter will play a crucial role in ensuring that all framing work is completed accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Duties
Construct and assemble frameworks for buildings using wood, metal, or other materials.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and joining materials.
Perform drywall installation and finishing as needed
Conduct heavy lifting tasks while maintaining safety protocols in office.
Finish concrete surfaces to ensure durability and aesthetics.
Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain a clean and organized work area,



adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications
Proven experience in framing or a related construction trade
Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Robust communication skills and ability to work well within a team workplace.
A valid driver’s license may be preferred depending on job requirements
