Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

The Warehouse Associate will support industrial warehouse operations by preparing refrigerant cylinders for inspection, refurbishment, and reuse. This role involves hands-on, repetitive work in a safety-focused workplace and requires robust attention to detail, reliability, and comfort performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:
Remove labels, decals, paint, and residue from refrigerant cylinders using approved tools and techniques
Inspect cylinders for visible damage, defects, or irregularities and report concerns to the supervisor
Prepare cylinders for refurbishment, testing, painting, and refilling processes
Safely handle, move, and organize cylinders throughout the facility
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area




Follow company safety policies, procedures, and environmental regulations
Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

Requirements:
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or production experience considered an asset
Solid attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work throughout the shift
Able to lift, move, and handle cylinders as required
Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to work independently and as part of a team
CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
