Human Resources Manager

What You'll Bring
5–6 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including HR management responsibilities
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence teams across all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge and practical experience with employment laws, workplace policies, and HR best practices
Experience managing employee relations matters with professionalism and sound judgment
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to drive HR initiatives from strategy through execution

What You'll Be Responsible For




Leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting organizational goals through effective people practices
Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
Ensuring compliance with employment standards, legislation, and company policies
Partnering with leadership to support talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives
Coaching managers on HR best practices and people-related matters
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and policies

Work Environment
Full time permanent position
Based in Toronto
5 days per week on-site
Collaborative and team-oriented workplace
