MOFFATT’S MAZDA of Barrie, Ontario is looking for a Full-Time Parts Advisor, to join their dynamic team in Barrie.

The ideal candidate must have a skilled manner, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide superior customer service at our parts department
Advise customers with parts vehicle needs
Arrange for customer part sales and pick-up
Source and fill parts orders requested by customers & technicians
Receive and distribute incoming goods as necessary
Assist in loading and unloading of goods
Ensure packing slips and documents are accurate Ensure all goods received are in saleable condition
Report any shortages or damage to management and claim as required
Maintain inventory control
Represent Moffatt’s Mazda in a qualified manner at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
Automotive parts experience an asset
Organization and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Computer skills mandatory
PBS Systems knowledge an asset




Valid Ontario G driver’s license
Clean drivers abstract
High School Diploma
Must have CSA approved footwear
