We work with top‑tier general contractors and owners on complex industrial and commercial projects, and we’re looking for detail‑driven Tekla specialists who want to contribute to high‑impact work.

What You’ll Do
Model and detail structural and miscellaneous steel using Tekla Structures
Produce accurate shop and erection drawings
Prepare RFIs, IFA/IFC packages, CNC files, and reports
Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and shop/field teams
Uphold Glenmore’s high standards for accuracy and quality

Intermediate Role
2–5 years Tekla experience
Increasing independence in modeling and detailing
Prospect to grow into leading project packages

Senior Role
5+ years Tekla experience
Lead detailing for major steel packages
Mentor junior detailers




Provide QA oversight and resolve constructability issues
