Duties
Greet customers warmly, listen to their concerns, and accurately document window door issues
Perform routine check up for services have been done
Assist and book services, checks to ensure work meets safety standard
Maintain detailed records of service work, parts orders and customer interactions




Support the sales team by promoting service packages and maintenance plans to clients

Requirements
Proven experience or background working within an windows doors service environment
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Experience in windows doors field
Knowledge of windows doors , and installation procedures is highly desirable
