Overview
We are seeking motivated and friendly Cashier/Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, handling transactions efficiently, and assisting with food preparation in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure success in your role.

Responsibilities
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately processing customer orders and payments
Handle cash transactions with precision and maintain proper cash handling procedures
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation
Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, portioning, and maintaining sanitation standards
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas following food safety regulations




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and order accuracy
Support team members in daily operations to ensure smooth restaurant flow

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
Knowledge of POS systems
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are desirable but not essential; willingness to learn is key
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
